Triply is not yet a live product. This website is an informational and pre-registration site. Route previews, example trips, stop details, drive times and amenity information shown here are illustrative demonstrations only and must not be relied on for actual travel planning, accessibility needs or safety decisions.

Joining the waiting list does not create a contract to supply any product or service, does not guarantee access at launch, and does not fix any price. Features described may change or may never be released.

• Any “Founding Family” badge, perks or recognition shown on this site are indicative concepts and their final form, eligibility and availability are at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully, fraudulently or for any harmful purpose;
• submit false details or another person’s personal data;
• upload route content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or infringes anyone else’s rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or scrape the site or its underlying systems.

Where you submit a route, note or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, adapt and display that content in connection with Triply. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence.

The site may link to third-party mapping services such as Google Maps and Apple Maps. Those services are operated independently and governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, routing accuracy or navigation guidance. Always drive in accordance with road conditions and the law.

The Triply name, logo, design, text and imagery on this site are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial purposes; all other use requires our written permission.

The site is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from reliance on illustrative route or amenity information. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your home courts.
